![]() So for example the old EV Juicenet app is still available for download in the Play Store - even though it has been superseded by the Enel X Way app - and the Juicenet web portal is still operational, even though it won't work properly once you have migrated to the Enel X Way app.īut that's maybe a bit harsh, as there are probably complications that I don't know the details of. If I were to criticise Enel, I would have to say that they don't seem to have planned the migration very well, in that now-outdated apps and web pages are still live and don't seem to have been updated to tell the user that they are using an out of date interface. Update: to their credit, Enel X got back to me about 24 hours later, telling me that their Tech team had corrected the problem, and that I should now be able to use the app Ok. ![]() I assume that this is because of the forced migration.Ĭould this migration be the cause if the problem you are encountering? Have you installed the new app? Have you been sent an Enel-X-Way initiation OTP password? Did your new account password setup go ok? My EndlX app says it has not had connection to the server for 4 days. I have just tried to do this but I need to enter a long OTP password that they have supposedly sent me …… but this has not arrived. Today, prompted by your posting, I tried opening my EnelX app which controls my EO charger but was told J am being migrated and need to install a new app. On Tuesday I received an email from Enel saying that I needed to set up a new account. 12 to 18 months ago, the EDF branded app (supported by Enel) closed and I had to install and use a new EnelX branded app since this time the server supporting this app has been very flakey often going down for 2 or 3 days, often needing charger to be powered off and back on. Click to expand.I have an EO Mini Pro (first series), branded and sold to me by EDF Energy.
